Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on https://beontrendy.in.

BE ON TRENDY currently ships products across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

Orders are usually processed within one to three business days after confirmation. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes five to ten business days depending on the customer’s location, courier partner, and local serviceability. Delivery timelines may vary due to public holidays, weather conditions, logistical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at the checkout page before payment is completed. From time to time, free shipping may be offered as part of promotional campaigns or on selected orders.

Once an order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared with the customer via email or SMS. Customers are advised to use the tracking information provided to monitor the delivery status of their order.

In the event that a product is delivered in a damaged condition, customers must notify us within forty-eight hours of receiving the order, along with clear photographs of the package and product. Claims reported after this period may not be eligible for resolution.
