At BE ON TRENDY, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations, returns, and refunds are accepted.

Order cancellations are permitted only within twenty-four hours of placing the order. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, customers must contact us at support@beontrendy.in within the allowed time frame.

Returns are accepted only in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers must raise a return request within forty-eight hours of delivery by contacting our support team and providing relevant order details and photographs where applicable. Returned products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Products that have been damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or refund. Well-being and food-related products such as millets are non-returnable once opened, except in cases of damage or incorrect delivery.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, and subject to approval, refunds will be processed within five to seven business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase through Razorpay or other authorized payment gateways. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Replacements may be offered subject to product availability. In cases where a replacement is not available, a refund will be initiated as per the approved process.
